The cost of a private chef experience differs from a dinner at a restaurant because I am dedicated exclusively to your culinary satisfaction from the moment you confirm your reservation. This includes purchasing fresh, high-quality ingredients, preparation, cooking and service, as well as cleaning your kitchen after the meal. Everything is designed to offer you an exclusive service completely tailored to your preferences.
Why is a Private Chef Experience More Exclusive?
The cost of a private experience outweighs dining in a restaurant for several reasons. When purchasing ingredients, I do so in small quantities and always from specialist shops, ensuring the best possible quality. Products are purchased specifically for your event, with no prior inventory. For example, I pay the same prices as you for ingredients, such as tomatoes. This ensures that everything is fresh and individually selected for each occasion.
Menu preparation begins at least 2 hours before service, directly in your kitchen. For everything to run smoothly, it is important that you provide me with access to a clean and well-equipped kitchen. Below are the necessary facilities:
Cooking Requirements:
Refrigerator and freezer : A working refrigerator (+6° to +8°C) and a freezer (-18°C) with enough space for ingredients.
Oven and stove : A functional oven and stove (gas, induction, electric or ceramic), plus a sink with hot and cold water. If you are planning a barbecue or paella event, please let me know what equipment or burners you have available.
Utensils : Pots, pans and colanders common in any home kitchen.
Pre-inspection : During our initial consultation, you can send me photos or videos of your kitchen (or patio/outdoor kitchen) to better assess the space and needs. If needed, I can rent additional equipment such as grills or barbecues.
I bring with me all the specialized kitchen tools and utensils to ensure the best quality in service.

Table or Buffet Setting:
To create the ideal atmosphere, a well-prepared table is key. If you prefer, you can take care of the decoration yourself or leave it to my team, who can take care of:
Tablecloths, napkins, floral decorations, cutlery, glasses and plates. This service has an additional charge of 30% on the total bill. It is important to coordinate this in advance.
