Exact date and time of lunch or dinner
Please confirm the exact time you would like your lunch or dinner to be served. This helps me organize preparation and ensure timely service.

Exact location
Please provide details of the location (e.g. chalet, apartment, villa). If it is an apartment building, please specify whether there is an elevator or if stairs are required. Accurate information allows me to plan transport and logistics efficiently.

Kitchen details
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, I kindly request:

Photographs and detailed description of your kitchen configuration.

Information about available equipment, such as cookware, tableware, refrigeration, oven and stove.

Requirements for preparation
In order to optimally prepare for your event, I kindly request that you:

A short video tour or clear photographs of:

Kitchen utensils (e.g. drawers with tools such as knives, spatulas, peelers, etc.)

Plates, platters and glassware.

Kitchen layout and dining room configuration.

Drinks

Soft drinks, beers and cocktailsare not includedin the service.

However, I always bring onespecial wine surprisefrom my private cellar as a courtesy gift.

Route confirmation
To ensure timely arrival, I request adetailed description of the routeor any access instruction at leastone day beforefrom dinner.

Confirmation of the menu
Please let me know if the menu meets your expectations or if any adjustments are needed. My goal is to satisfy your culinary preferences 100%.
