After many years of cooking in luxurious villas, magnificent yachts, prestigious restaurants, hotels, and even private islands for a discerning clientele, I am launching this project to become more visible to my clients worldwide and to create and refine new dishes in my kitchen. The space not only offers a welcoming atmosphere but also a picturesque view of Teruel’s Archivo Histórico. This is about quality, not quantity; privacy, not publicity.

    I cook with the best products I can find within a 200-kilometer radius. Valencia, with its Mercado Central, offers fantastic ingredients, complemented by regional specialties like truffles, game, Ternasco lamb, and the famous ham from Teruel. Cooking with excellent products for wonderful clients is simply the best part of life for me.

A Place with History and Heart

The journey to this new style of cooking began with transforming an old family ceramics shop. At Calle Mayor 04, just steps away from Plaza del Torico, I created this space with love and dedication. The rooms reflect the charm of their surroundings, offering a warm, intimate setting that appeals to the senses. The interior design combines modern elements with carefully preserved details that tell the story of the place.

Why Teruel?

Teruel is not just a city with a fascinating history but also a place that invites tranquility and inspiration. The local culture and stunning surroundings deeply impressed and motivated me to establish roots here. Choosing this location as the base for my private kitchen was an easy decision. Here, tradition meets innovation, and I’m excited to share this unique combination with my guests.
