After many years cooking in luxury villas, magnificent yachts, prestigious restaurants, hotels and even private islands for a demanding clientele, I have decided to launch this project to make myself more visible to my clients around the world and to create and perfect new dishes in my kitchen. Here in Teruel, a charming and historic city, I have established myself to offer you a unique gastronomic experience: a private kitchen.

I cook with the freshest, highest quality products I can find within a 200-kilometre radius. Valencia, with its Central Market, offers exceptional ingredients, complemented by local specialities such as truffles, game, Ternasco lamb and the famous Teruel ham. This new style of cooking began with the transformation of an old family ceramics shop. On Calle Mayor 04, a few steps from Plaza del Torico, I created this space with love and dedication. The place reflects the charm of its surroundings, offering a warm and intimate atmosphere that delights the senses. The interior decoration combines modern elements with carefully preserved details that tell the history of the place.

Teruel is not only a city with a fascinating history, but also a place that inspires tranquility and creativity. The local culture and stunning surroundings captivated me deeply and motivated me to settle here. Choosing this location as a base for my private kitchen was an easy decision.
